DIY Facial Masks

You wanted to know how to make the chocolate and anti-acne masks, so here I show you my 3 favourite masks.

Chocolate Mask

1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp honey
1 tsp yoghurt

The mask: softens skin, anti-aging, and good for large pores.

Banana Mask (Easy)

- a banana
- 1 tsp plain yoghurt
- 1 tsp honey

I use half of everything because I find one banana way too much for my face. I rather eat the other half :D
Mix them together with a fork!
Cleanse, refreshes the skin, prevent wrinkles, smoothing the skin and banana is full of vitamins!

Cinnamon-Nutmeg-Honey Mask

There are different ways how to make this mask. The easiest:

1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp honey

Honey is good for sooo many things, that is why you can find honey in most of the home made masks. Nutmeg heals after acne scars, just as cinnamon, but cinnamon is here to help other ingredients to work better! This mask takes time... So you need to use it for weeks to see the differences!
These are strong spices so if you have sensitive skin, I dont recommend this mask or only on the scars. Wash it off after 15 min. But my skin is not sensitive so I put it on my whole face except for my forehead because I dont have acne there. And I leave it on for 30 min. Do not scrub!

There are the home made masks I am using now but you'll find more DIY tips here soon! If you have a good mask and would like to share it with us, please write a comment!
